A unique experience package for groups of 12–36 people

Imagine taking over an entire restaurant for an evening – from kitchen to serving – and creating an unforgettable evening together. This cooking event is perfect for companies, groups of friends or other groups who want to combine community, creativity and culinary experiences out in the archipelago.

To add an extra touch of luxury to the experience, the package is available in three different variants :

This means you get to cook, serve and experience flavors from the continent – but always with a local anchorage in our fantastic west coast.

16:00 – Meeting at Marstrand's pier We meet at the pier for a short introduction and outline of the day's program. The feeling of adventure begins here, with the sea as a backdrop and an evening full of surprises ahead of you.

16:15 – Departure by RIB boat You will board a fast-moving RIB boat for a spectacular journey through the barren but magnificent environment of the West Sea. Along the way we will stop to look for seals, and you will experience both open sea and narrow, beautiful straits before we finally reach Åstol – the venue for the evening’s game.

17:00 – Arrival Åstol & Restaurant TakeOver Now your restaurant adventure begins! You will be divided into different teams where each group will have its own area of responsibility:

• Table setting & environment

• Salad

• Starter

• Main course

• Dessert

To reinforce the feeling that you are running your own restaurant, all participants receive an apron – which can be ordered with both a name and logo. This makes the experience more personal and also a nice memory to take home.

In the fully equipped restaurant kitchen, you create the evening's menu together. Each group is responsible for preparing and presenting their dish, and during the evening you also take turns serving, pouring drinks, mixing cocktails and drawing beer - just like a real restaurant team.

It will be an evening filled with laughter, collaboration and new experiences. You will have the chance to discover each other's strengths, try out new roles and create something together from scratch – all while enjoying the archipelago environment and a fantastic atmosphere.

20:00 – End & return trip When the evening comes to an end, a final trip with the RIB boat back towards Marstrand awaits.

20:30 – Arrival in Marstrand You are back on the mainland with new memories, laughter and perhaps a newfound feeling for restaurant life.
