In case of cancelled activity

If an activity is cancelled, we may charge a fee. The following generally applies:

If the event is cancelled due to severe weather or technical problems with the boat or similar, a new trip will be offered at a later date. RibXperience does not compensate for other financial losses that may arise from a cancelled trip.

RibXperience has P&I insurance that covers all passengers and acts as a complement to your own home or business insurance in the event of any damage.

RibXperience reserves the right to adjust pick-up times and return times in the event of unforeseen events, without financial compensation being paid for this.

Cancellation:

  • If you cancel later than 14 days before departure, a fee of 30% of the trip price excluding VAT will be charged.

  • If you cancel later than 7 days before departure, a fee of 60% of the trip price excluding VAT will be charged.

  • If cancelled later than 3 days before departure, there will be no refund of the invoiced amount.

However, it is possible to rebook an equivalent trip within one (1) month after cancellation.

Any costs such as special diets, printed materials or if restaurants, hotels do not choose to refund a booking, this will be charged in full.

Payment terms

Betalning sker via faktura till oss. Vi debiterar 20% av bokningen i förskott och resteraden efter utfört evenemang om inget annat är överenskommet.

För privatpersoner ska betalning ha inkommit till oss senast 7 dagar innan utförande om inte annat är överenskommet. Det finns möjlighet att betala via kort eller Swish på plats efter överenskommelse

Force Majeure

We may choose to interrupt or cancel an activity, trip or conference in the event of unforeseen events beyond our control. In this case, no charge will be made and any amount already paid will be refunded, with any deductions for printed materials etc. We will then do everything we can to change, adjust or reschedule your event. Any advance payment will be refunded in the event that we are unable to reschedule the activity.
