Three Tasty Stops in the Archipelago
During the Gourmet Safari we will make three stops where you can enjoy the best appetizers from the restaurants. Each stop offers a unique taste experience that you will not soon forget. Here is what you can expect:
Åstols Rökeri: Enjoy smoked shrimp served with aioli and sourdough bread, accompanied by a cold Åstol Lager.
Salt & Herring: Try three types of home-seasoned herring, perfectly balanced with a selected home-seasoned schnapps.
Trawlerket on Dyrön: Finish with crayfish and bubbles or oysters and bubbles at a cozy boathouse, depending on your wishes.
At each restaurant, the food is presented by knowledgeable staff, who are happy to talk about the ingredients and their origin.

People with back or neck problems and pregnant women may in some cases be advised against traveling. It all depends on the type of problem, how far along in the pregnancy you are, and the weather conditions on the day. Contact us if you are unsure.
We always adjust the speed according to the prevailing weather and if the guests have any requests about how we should drive the boat.
We provide guests with a float suit, goggles, hat and gloves. The float suit is very warm and a sweater is enough underneath if the air temperature is around 10 – 15 degrees. You should wear sturdy shoes as these can get wet during the trip. For trips where the temperature is below 10 degrees, we recommend that you wear thicker shoes, boots or ankle boots and a thick sweater or base layer.
